Fireside Houjicha
Origin
Fireside Houjicha is crafted in the highlands of West Java, where green tea leaves are roasted at high temperatures to develop warmth and depth while naturally reducing bitterness and caffeine.
Traditionally made with a blend of leaves and stems, this composition lowers caffeine, brings a lighter natural sweetness, and creates a smoother, more balanced roast without harshness.
