White Peony

Description

Origin

Sourced from traditional tea gardens in West Java, White Peony reflects a broader expression of the tea plant, using both unopened buds and tender young leaves. The region’s fertile soil and balanced climate support slow maturation and flavour clarity.

This style retains the gentle nature of white tea while offering greater structure and depth.

Tea Description

The infusion is pale and clear, carrying a soft floral fragrance with hints of fresh herbs. On the palate, White Peony offers light vegetal notes and gentle sweetness, developing smoothly across the tongue.

With a slightly fuller mouthfeel than Silver Needle, it remains refined and balanced—an elegant white tea with added dimension.
