Grey Dragon

Description

Origin

Grey Dragon is cultivated in the highlands of West Java, where volcanic soil, cool mountain air, and gentle mist create ideal conditions for slow and balanced leaf development. The elevation allows the leaves to develop subtle aromatics while retaining clarity and natural sweetness.

Harvested from selected buds and young leaves, the tea undergoes a carefully controlled, light processing approach. This method preserves the purity of white tea while allowing a slight development in depth, giving Grey Dragon its distinctive character between delicacy and structure.

Tea Description

Grey Dragon produces a pale, luminous liquor with a soft yet expressive aroma. Gentle floral notes are layered with a hint of warmth and subtle fruit undertones, giving it more presence than classic white teas.

On the palate, it is smooth and refined, offering a delicate texture with a slightly fuller body. The flavour unfolds gradually, revealing a balance between lightness and depth, finishing clean with a soft, lingering impression. Elegant yet quietly complex, it sits gracefully between the purity of white tea and the structure of lightly oxidised styles.
