Golden Phoenix

Description

Origin

Golden Phoenix begins with carefully selected Silver Needle buds harvested from the highlands of West Java, where cool mountain air, volcanic soil, and gentle mist create ideal conditions for producing exceptional white tea.

Unlike traditional Silver Needle, the buds undergo a carefully controlled light oxidation that gently transforms their natural character. This delicate process enhances body, aroma, and complexity while preserving the elegance and purity that define fine white tea.

Tea Description

Golden Phoenix brews into a luminous golden liquor with a silky texture and remarkable depth. Compared to classic Silver Needle, it offers a fuller body while retaining the smoothness and delicacy of white tea.

Layers of floral fragrance unfold alongside natural honey sweetness, subtle creamy notes, and a soft lingering finish. The gentle oxidation enriches the tea without masking its origin, creating a refined balance between freshness and complexity.

Elegant, limited in production, and crafted with precision, Golden Phoenix is a unique expression of Indonesian white tea—where tradition evolves into something quietly extraordinary.

Brewing Guide:

White Tea

2 g tea · 100 ml water · 75–85°C
Steep 2–4 minutes
Infuse up to 3 times

Note: Crafted from lightly oxidised Silver Needle buds. Moderate brewing temperature preserves its silky texture, floral aroma, and delicate honey notes while allowing greater depth to develop with each infusion.
